Q: How do I install the demo or the full versions of your software?
A: The zip file that you download should first be unzipped (uncompressed ) on your desktop PC
by using an unzipping program such as Winzip. Winzip can be
downloaded from www.winzip.com
Unzipping the file will give you the automated installation files. Just follow the instructions in the
Readme file, which is one of the files extracted.

Q: How do I uninstall the demo or full versions of your software?
A: To uninstall our software from your Pocket PC device, do the following:

Place your Pocket PC in its cradle.

Make sure your Pocket PC is connected to your Desktop PC using the Microsoft ActiveSync program.

In the ActiveSync window, click on the "Tools" menu and select
"Add/Remove Programs".

Click on the name of the program you wish to delete so it is highlighted.

Click on the "Remove" button.
You can also uninstall our software from inside your Pocket PC device:

Tap on the "Start Menu" in the icon upper, left-hand corner of the Pocket PC screen.

Select "Settings" from the Start menu.

When the Settings screen is displayed, select the "System" tab.

On the System page, tap the "Remove Programs" icon to open the Remove Programs dialog.

Tap on the name of the program you wish to delete and be sure it is highlighted.

Click on the "Remove" button.

A: You may uninstall the demo version from your Pocket PC, but it‘s not necessary. You can install a full version of
our programs over its demo version.

Q: Where can I find manuals for your programs?
A: Use Pocket PC Help. Every Pocket PC program provides you with access to its manual via the
Pocket PC Help System. Practically, here is to do. When a program appears on the Pocket PC
screen, tap the Help command within the "Start Menu". Pocket PC Help will display
details of the program and give you hints on how to use the program displayed on the screen.
When you work with a program, you‘ll need to go through different states of the program.
Just tap the Help command in the "Start Menu", and you‘ll get Help for a
specific program‘s state that will appear on the Pocket PC screen.
You can access the full Help (or manual) for our programs in two ways.
First, when a program is on the screen (meaning that program is active), go to
Dialog About: Tap the "Tools->About" menu item. Then tap the Help command
within the "Start Menu". The full Help contents for the program will then
display.
Alternatively, you can find manuals for our programs in the Pocket PC Help System.
Tap the Help command within the "Start Menu". The entire Pocket PC Help will be
shown. There you‘ll find manuals as independent sections of Help.
